Enlarger light source

Whilst I appreciate that there are differnces in the tonal scales produced by Cold light,Condencer,Dichro/diffusion light scourses what effect ,if any, is produced using an Additive colour head when printing with black & white multigrade paper? Thanks, Melvin

Additive is considered a diffusion head also if I'm not mistaken. The colors go into a mixing box and if you take your enlarger apart, you will see a diffuser along with the white mixing box... ergo diffusion.
