Canola Oil in bread

I recently purchased a loaf of the Hazelnut bread before reviewing the ingredients'list on the package. I do NOT normally purchase any product with the ingredient Canola and wondered why you use this dangerous oil in your product that emphasizes healthy, nutritional ingredients? This bread DOES taste good, but would be even better nutritionally if you would use whole grain flours instead of the "enriched" and "soft white flour" which are lacking in nutritional attributes (and stop using the canola oil).
