Response to Mexican anullment

For the legal end of it an attorney sure might help. But if you really got married in the Church then you need to talk to a Priest in person and not this board.

Response to Mexican anullment

The Church requires that a legal civil divorce be completed before any Annulment process is begun. You should speak with you pastor about what will be needed to begin the Annulment process and start gathering the needed documentation. The Church assumes that a marriage is valid until proven otherwise.

Ref: Can. 1060- Marriage enjoys the favour of law. Consequently, in doubt the validity of a marriage must be upheld until the contrary is proven.
