Would you freeze yourself when you die---in the hopes of being revived someday?

No freezer burn on the butt for me! I'd like to live forever, but I am hopeful that when I pass on from this life, I'll pass into another stage of life. I'd like to think that this existence isn't all there is. And I don't mean sitting around a cloud plucking a harp - I'd have to strangle myself with the harb cords, just to put myself out of my misery.

I'd like to think the next stage is as fulfilling as this one, with choices to make, lessons to learn, and accomplishments to achieve. Freezing myself at the current state of being would hold me back on my "advancement" to the next level.

Good heavens no. I think that ranks right up there with your previous question about "the dumbest thing you ever did."

Who would want to come back in XX years when all your loved ones were long gone?

Nah--I want to find out what's at the end of this life, not become a Bev-sicle in the hope of achieving some sort of eternal life on this earth. I have to believe that some other venue is a lot better than this one.

No. Even if I end up in 1 of the Buddhist hell realms next, I wouldn't want to miss the next part of my development. Being frozen in time for me is equivelent to being stagnate, with no growth.

Great balls of fire, no ! One time around is enough. I hope to go to a better existence as a graduate human.

I hate the idea of being brought back to life sometime in the future and not just because I wouldn't want to have to continue living on earth once I had it done and over with-- but because I'd be confused and stumbling around asking what year it was.

Or at least, that's what I picture when the idea comes to mind.

YES, I would love to be frozen shortly after my death. The life you know now, is all you'll ever know. There is no after-life!! Why not freeze your body in a desperate attempt to know life again. Perhaps in the future earth will be even more heavenly. P.S. We're nothing more than bacteria with a lot of awareness about ourselves. When you die...YOU'RE DEAD! AZZY x

LISTEN!!!!!! I want to go to heaven as well and i believe in the afterlife but Im freezing myself! When you get frozen you are CLINICALLY DEAD which means you will go to heaven then you'll suddenly be back alive one day after many years of being in heaven then if you want you can just kill yourself again!

Cryogenics is completly badass....i would love to be frozen if the chance came along, and me being a teenager i am sure it will be feasible by the time i die, asuming i live long. just think...you would be seriously and utterly alone when , or if you ever came back.

Nope.. I don't see the point.. and is unnatural. I am hoping to "graduate to a better place" after this lifetime.
