It depends on your collective ages really, also a large group tends to run into difficulty getting in anaywhere unless prearranged.

If you are over 25 I'd recommend the Velure Club which is located in the Gaiety theatre just off Grafton Street, it's on the web and has several floors and a cinema, it's different.

If you're under 25, there's places like Firewerks on Pearse St.
