It is crucial for us to have the banks coming on board. If SB fails to see the benefits, then we could contact other trading desks like ABN, JPM, DB, L. Bros.Citi, etc.

It would also help if we had an estimate of the costs...and we could try to guess-estimate the benefits because this all they care about. We have to think of ways of reaching these people. I am willing to do whatever it takes to get them to hear us.

We can once we have a proper set of requirements. We need to decide just what it is that we are going to do as I already mentioned. I will go ahead and open a requirements gathering file which will help us to think through all the issues.
