I recently came across two dinner plates with this logo: http://www.3lefties.com/spence/karls/cgplate1.jpg They were manuafactured by OP Syracuse in 1936 and 1937. I can't find any verification that they were made for the CofG but my contacts feel that they were. Does anyone have any diner or snack car interiors showing this pattern or any advertising literature from the period that might show the logo? The band is cobalt blue (like Navy china) and even a fuzzy picture might show the band if not the logo. Thanks - Karl Spence
