tire burning stove

anyone out there have any idea for a clean burning stove that will use auto tires for fuel? if would be possible it would be better than free heat

theres a power plant near here that can only burn tires 3 months out of the year,, otherwise its wood only. The EPA wont let them burn them longer because they wont spend the 30 million dollars for the stack scrubbers. So burning them at home,,, I cant see how you could get it "clean". You would have to get the fire VERY VERY HOT,, then add a small peice,, a little at a time,, I dont see where that would be cost effective at all

I saw an article in Farm Show Magazine that featured a fellow up in Minnesota that built a stove that burned tires that were cut into sections and stacked together. He used or was working on, the last time I read an article on it, an afterburner that used a small amount of propane to burn the smoke.
