George, Are they in a small area? First question to ask. If you have to many in a small area some may not be getting enough to eat and will eat the feathers.

George- Are they pulling the feathers and eating them, or are they eating shed feathers? If it is shed feathers I would not worry about it- my chickens eat feathers and all my reference books say that it's ok. If they are pulling the feathers I don't have any advice for you, other than to repeat- make sure they are not too crowded.

If all of them are picking on everyone else then its space or dietary. Give them a larger place to live and reconsider the ration that you are issuing them.

If just a few are getting beaten up by everyone else then you need to get some pine pitch, the new liquid sap and some of the white congealed glop sap, and work it together to make a paste. Gob the paste on the defeathered area/broken feather follicles of the injured bird and put it back in amongst the flock. It will generally work itself out at that point.
