Team talk are reporting that former Fulham loan player, Fabrice Fernandes, is set to start next season back with Rennes after both Rangers and Celtic baulked at his transfer fee.

They report "The Scottish giants decided not to bid when his French club asked for £4.5million for the 22-year-old midfielder, scorer of a fantastic free-kick against Manchester United last season. Fernandes finished the season at Ibrox".

This kid is a really talented left winger, and despite being French, I'd rather we spent £4.5mm on him than on Craig Bellamy.
