Please welcome Cindy and Joy as our new co-moderators. They now have the same administrative power to manage this forum as I do. I don't know if the term co-moderator is the right term for this seeing as there will be three of us doing the job (tri-moderators?)...

Well, anyway, please extend your adoration and worshipful demeanor (as well as any animal sacrifices) to them as you have done for me.
(just kidding on the animal sacrifices part) ;-)

I also want to thank Sue, Diane, Sherri, and Marty for also offering to help with the forum. I'll keep you guys in reserve in case either Joy or Cindy (or both) can't continue moderating the forum with me. Thanks again, guys!

And while I don't anticipate that Joy or Cindy will really be all that busy in helping me moderate the forum, it will take a *tremendous* amount of stress off of me knowing that I have two other moderators monitoring the board, too.

Thanks Joy and Cindy for taking a load off my mind!

Should I blush? LOL! Let's see, maybe we should be sub-moderators, or lt. moderators, or actually, Jim, I guess YOU are the Administrator and WE are the Moderators, or something like that. Do we get a secret decoder ring for the clubhouse?

BTW, the only animal sacrifices that I would consider accepting would be if one of you has a truly excellent cat/kitten that would be a real sacrifice to let go to another home. And then, I'd STILL have to think about it . . . ;-)

Although I've yet to post here, I do read all the posts and replies. Being a moderator at two other forums I know how much time can be involved. I'm glad that Joy and Cindy have volunteered to help Jim with the forum. Now if he wants to take a weekend off he really can. :-)

Well, I'm not much into hierarchies so I don't know about the title of boss. I suppose we could use the term "temporary advisor" until you and Joy get more comfortable with how the forum works. I'd much rather have this run on an equal basis among the three of us. :-)

I was going to offer up a guinea pig sacrifice, but with Joy's cats and dog, I'm afraid that that is what it would be. Maybe a white elephant...unless Blanca already qualifies.
