I've just received a letter (dated 21 June)from Equifax acknowledging receipt of my SARN dated 15th March. As this is substantially over the 40 day deadline, I wish to ask the DP Commissioner for an assessment of Equifax. I'm sure I've seen the address on this site but can't for the life of me find it now - directions please?
