Touched by an Angel. We watch it every week, and every week we look at each other and say "WHY are we watching this thing???"

Well, I am totally embarrassed to admit that I watch Big Brother. I wouldn't even say I'm a fan, but there I am week after week. I am helpless against the power of reality shows. I am just happy I managed to resist Temptation Island.

"Blind Date" -- it's so bad, but the social worker in me is fascinated by the different dynamics of each date and loves watching all the couples interact.

Plus, it's bad t.v. at it's sleazy finest!

When TV first came to Tampa in the early 1950's I would watch professional wrestling, avidly. Until it dawned on me that what appeared to be happening to a wrestler -- wasn't actually happening. If it was for really real it was obvious to me that EMT people would run in with a gurney to carry off the injured party. The wrestler getting back up and going at it hammer and tongs proved to me that it was a sham. Then I was ashamed to admit I watched wrestling. I guess maybe I should not be ashamed, having seen in passing the stupidities done in the ring of today. Whopping someone with a folding chair would have been assault in any man's ken back then. Or would it ? ? ?

Buffy. I'm the only person I know who watches Buffy - even my children don't watch it. I love it for all the reasons everyone else does - everyone I don't know - plus which I know that deep down I have a crush on Spike. Scary, innit?

The Partridge Family. I watch it whenever I can find it. I just love it. Even now.

Montel. I know it's suppossed to be a show for bored housewives, but I love it. That bald guy is so sweet.

The show I am the most ashamed of making an effort to watch is Cheaters! It's awful. But I just can't look away!

I was also a regular viewer of Temptation Island I.

Okay! So I watch Oprah whenever it's not a repeat. For the life of me, I can't figure out how anyone gets anything out of these new, all the rage, reality programs. It sickens me to watch people be so phony. I know they are not being themselves. They have other motives for acting the way they do on those programs.

Yes! I have on occasion watched a Jerry Springer show. I'm ashamed to admit it but I do it out of disbelief that anyone could be willing to behave that way in public.

I am proud to say that I am addicted to "Everybody Loves Raymond." I'm a laugh junkie and Ray Barone cracks me up, along with the rest of the cast. I wish I understood why I find the phrase "Holy Crap!" so halarious.

thirtysomething My friends and I watched it faithfully when I was in college. I even daydreamed about having a "grownup" life like theirs. More recently, I watched every episode of "The Bachelor" and, yes, I felt dirty every time. But it's a train wreck and, yes, I will tune in to future installments.

ok - well im not here to confess anything...i was just wondering..why and how people can feel dirty just by watching a tv show..?!Who gives a sh1t....seriously - its a tv show...it may be reality like big brother, or just a comedy show...heaps of ppl watch different sh1t. So i say - do what you feel like..... but neway...if u feel embarrassed to watch something..then...i dunno, you obviously like to impress others! =)

I enjoy Blind date especially the funny thought ballons and captions I still love the Brady Bunch if I can see it and various talk shows depending on the topic of discussion (Montel rules). I also watch PBS and the many discovery channel shows.
