Ok They finally got here. So far we have counted 7 may be more. My question is how long should we wait to clean up the mother and wash her covers?

I think you can go ahead and wash the covers as soon as you are sure she has finished. Then she'll be messy for a few days, but you can clean her off with a nice warm dishcloth and she'll take care of most of it.

You bet Dreen. She went over by a week. My wife was getting frantic. Since it was so late last night we let her stay in the den she built out of the covers. We'll swap clean covers today. She had them on the couch. Easy births no problems.

Chihuahua and Minn-Pinn mixed. Two are spittin image of the minn-pinn. Others are tri-colored. (White, black & brown)
