I just read of this in Countryside and wanted to stop by and say 'hello.' I'm new enough to Greenspun to have missed the Beyond the Sidewalks forum and surrounding controversy about it being privatized. (Geez, I make it sound like a manufacturing plant in a third world country that just had a military coup.)

I'll check back here regularly to see if there's anything I might be able to contribute. I want to thank you for taking the time to provide another forum. I'm sure I haven't a clue as to all the work involved. You have my best wishes and support for your success with this.
