I'm looking for samples of metrics that we could use as SLAs for Application development and maintenance and Project development.

I read a lot on the subject, I know what to do and what not to do, but I'd like to find samples that I could compare with what I've already elaborate.

Please send me title of books I could get or website or even better, send me copies of the metrics YOU are using.

That would really be great if you take time to help me.
