I am a college student finishing up my summer internship in Dublin, Ireland. I was placed in a residential centre for homeless boys to further my psycholgy studies. In part of obtaining full credit for my work, I have to write a final paper on something that had to do with my work. For the most of my stay, I looked at the staff team at the workplace. I noticed that there were some conflicts going on (mainly due to lack of communication) among the team. My question is that I know that there is ample information at the centre to write a book on, but I'm struggling on placing my finger on one specific topic. If anyone would be able to throw some ideas at me that has to deal with group dynamics, and the problems facing it, please let me know! Thanks for your help!
