Just mumbling over some of my thoughts -- I wonder what good enacting any kind of regulations does when the inspections and enforcement of the regulations are so few and far between. I must be feeling fatalistic today, but it seems like banging your head against a brick wall to try to get food producers to comply. Urgh.
