Do you have an unwanted Animal???

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Countryside : One Thread

I recently have built a large second barn and have a good supply of feed, I am just looking for the right animal to find me. I am actually hoping to rescue someones animal that they can no longer keep....birds, cow, horse, goat, ox, whatever, my farm can handle it, and hopefully so can I. If you know of anyone needing rescue, please contact me. Erik

Erik there are unwanted animals in every area, just waiting for someone to take them home and love them. Here's the link to rescue organizations in every state. http://web1.petfinder.org/index.html

Check it out and I'm sure you can find just the right one. Good luck.

Might help if you tell people where you are .

You can also let animal control in your area know you are willing to take rescued animals. Sometimes they get overwhelmed.

Also check with your local 4-H. They can help you find a kid who for whatever reason can no longer keep their animal(s).

When you say animal does that include spouses?

Now Diane, you know it's not nice to spit in public! What I want to know is did it come out of your nose too? Was it plain root beer or a root beer float? And yes, this is thread drift, but getting the facts are important, are they not!
