I am looking for a good basic mustard recipe that I can put up for this next year by canning. I cannot use the store bought stuff (cannot have the white vinegar, so I need to make my own and wanted to make a big batch instead of small regular quantities. Does anyone have a good basic recipe with no expensive ingredients they would like to share?

Tiffani, I didn't see any recipes that were preserved by canning but there are a number of good sounding mustard recipes at www.melborponsti.com "just recipes." There are a world of interesting recipes in that site for all sorts of goodies. Could you freeze the mustard? That seems like it would give you a better product for storage.
