I have a lot of honey and got an ice cream machine today. Does anyone have a receipe for vanilla ice cream made with honey? Thanks, Don in W.N.C.

1 1/2c. cream, 4c. milk, 1c. honey, 1tsp. vanilla, 1/4tsp., salt, 3 eggs(stir lightly). Combine first 5 ingredients. Add eggs. Freeze with ice & ice cream salt. ENJOY!!

Honey on the ice cream is really good. It ends up like carmel.
