This is an area for questions and comments about this discussion board, how it works, what is ok vs. not ok, etc. It will also be used by me for trying out features of the board. (But do not imitate what I do here--I may just be seeing if something will "work." But even if it "works," it still might not be a good idea to do it.) For example, there are different methods of posting pictures here. But just because one can post a picture does not mean that it is a good idea to do so.

Anyone is free to "Ask a Question" and start a new topic. Just please let's keep the topics relatively specific.

One other thing that may be a little weird: In many of the discussions, I am going to give my address as joeshedlock@hotmail.com . This is a real address, but not my primary e-mail address, so please do not use the hotmail e-mail address to send me e-mail. The reason I am using it is that this software has a feature that often causes the administrator's posts to "float to the top" of the list of messages. I am not sure how to prevent this. So I put in the hotmail address and no float. (No one else needs to do this, since only the administrator's messages "float.")
