I think programming/coding is a translation of design in some programming language. Before that, there are very important steps like, resource scheduling, FPA analysis, project planning, business process understanding, HLD, DD etc. And these steps require great attention and time. These activities have long term benefits. But for an investor(s) of small/medium these are not that important. So, does this recession will affect the quality of software and the practices of a real software developer?
