I have a copy of The Raven that is in very good condition. It is an origanal personally signed by Edgar Allan Poe. Is it special? If so what is the aproximate value? The book is also color illustrated.

Sorry, but the signature cannot possibly be original. There were no editions of Poe's works with color illustrations printed during his lifetime. It is probably a facsimile signature, which is very common, especially under a portrait.

Well, some editions of The Conchologist's First Book (1839) have color illustrations, but none of his books of fiction or poetry had color illustrations.
