Are You a Party to a CLASS ACTION Lawsuit? Check this out.

greenspun.com : LUSENET : A.M.E. Today Discussion : One Thread

You may be a party to a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT and not be aware of it. Sometimes notices don't make the rounds or get on the news. Check out these websites to find out if someone you've worked for, made a purchase from, purchased stocks on, or had some other dealing with is now the DEFENDANT (the person being sued)in a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT for which you may qualify.

Log onto: www.notices.com and www.classaction.com to get the latest on active lawsuits, product recalls, details and deadlines. Also, check www.gilardi.com for a list of active lawsuits and detailed descriptions and claim information.

This is the real world folks, lawsuits do happen. As Paul reminds us in his first letter to Timothy, chapter 1, verses 8-9:

"But we know that the law is good if one uses it lawfully, knowing this: that the law is not made for a righteous person, but for the lawless and insubordinate...,"

So why should you contend with bad roofing, discrimination, or other infarctions when you can be compensated for the inconvenience? It ain't "the Lord's will" for you to put up with illegal activities and overriding disrespect when you can join in to take legal action.

Some hot topics: TACO BELL, overtime payments to managers and assistant managers; Masonite siding lawsuit; Illegally increased credit card interest rates and several others.

By the way, I DO NOT get compensated for placing this kind of information on this discussion board, I just hope it can help get the word out so you can file your claim and get some satisfaction or relief.

Happy hunting, you may have some mo' money coming to you.

Sincerely,
