I just got done with 4 days of the County Fair. I have spent the summer working on another farm getting their stock ready for the fair. I have done this in exchange for my winter supply of Alfalfa. The gentleman who owns the farm runs a feed and hay store. The 400 lb Ram (3 years old) took Grand Reserve Champion, while his son (7 months old) took Grand Champion! I was pleased with that one! I have worked very hard this summer getting these guys in shape. The 3 ewes all took first place in their respective classes. I entered one of my dairy goats, and she took 2nd place. The gentleman's Dairy goats took home, Reserved, Grand Champion, and multiply first places. He did well. I am pooped, but happy! In His Grace, Sissy

Hi Dorothy!! My quilt is still sitting as I have received them, on the quilting table!! I have been so busy with the farm and the fair, that I have only been able to dream of how to finish it! But, summer is winding down. Be sure and post a picture of it, okay? In His Grace, Sissy
