I would humbly appreciate your prayers for my surgery on Friday morning. Docs have found a "mass" in my abdomen and will be doing exploratory surgery. God is in control, but, your prayers are incense to his nose! Thankyou, In His Grace, Sissy

Sissy you are definitely in my prayers. A mass does not always mean the big "C" and even if it should be, as you said, God is in control and place all your trust in him. Please let us know as soon as you are able how things turn out. God bless you.

Hey Guys, I am home!! Had the surgery yesterday (friday) and home today! Didn't have to have the "big" cut, just the laproscopy. All the doc found was some pretty severe adhesions which he was able to cut away, also, the bowel that was so scarred up, he was able to fix it without any problem. I am singing praises to our King!! That's great news Sissy. May I also ask that you pray for my Dad Robert Barrett, he is 58 and has Cancer which has spread. We get the results of a CT scan on wednesday the 17th December 2003. Let us hope for some GOOD news!!!

Please Lord help me find a way to be able to get Christmas presents from santa for my children. They have been very good and been through alot this past year. I am so depressed right now, I know Christmas isnt about presents but I feel that as a mother I have let my children down. We are having to move also right before Christmas and Because I have been unable to work this year I am feeling so alone. I am so glad that the prayers for dear Sissy worked. My Dad has recently had Radiotherapy for Cancer on his back but has been very ill and in alot of pain these past few days. Sometimes Radiotherapy can take a while to work and we pray that it starts to work very soon to help with my Dad's pain. To Sissy and anyone else who may read this, can you please pray that my Dad improves and beats the odds for his illness, many thanks !
