I don't know these folks myself. I would like to have input from anyone who does know them, but also how anyone feels about letting in unknowns.

A Village Commons forum supposedly welcomes folks such as these. Should I suggest they participate there? Should I welcome them here? Should I tell them that the doors are closed?

I have not seen anything that they have posted to any of the other forums, is there a way to bring up what they have contributed to CS or any of the other forums? Or, does anybody recognize any of their postings? It is hard to decide to let folks in if we don't know them, or can even evaluate them by what they have posted.

If anybody recognises where they have posted, let us know here so we have a better idea about them.

Joy, you could e-mail them back and tell them their request is being considered, and maybe ask for where they have posted and topic, in the past, so that we could make a decision about them.
