This free service from greenspun.com identifies every new post as a question, but you can put any comment you like, whether it's a question or not.

You'll be asked for a valid email address, which allows you to be notified if someone replies to your post. You can also click on the "follow this disussion via email" link on the front page to get notified of new posts in the board, even if you haven't posted yourself.

It's really important for the software to work properly that you use a valid email, but if you really object to giving your details, use the following:

name: anonymous
email: anonymous@citizencaine.org.

That way, the bulletin board will still work properly and only I'll get notified of posts.
