Forum Policy on Prayer Requests

Prayer requests for individuals are not allowed if they are a dedicated thread (new entry). They are allowed if posted against an existing thread, such as the weekly Over the Fence/Chatting thread.

Does this make sense? Probably not, but it was a compromise reached with forum members several months ago.

(By the way, does anyone want to volunteer to create a new Lucinet forum on the order of “Homesteading and Religion”? Really not that hard to do and we’ll help out if you have any questions on how to set the various options. Once established, you can even notify the Countryside Forum of its availability.)
