Is this World War Three? I heard about a Nostrdemus prediction about ths attack saying it would start with the big city burning. Do you think it is WW3?

I'm personally holding my breath on that one.

I believe that this could very well be the beginnings of WWIII. Bin Laden has gone from being a civilian terrorist to being in charge of the Taliban military. The Taliban has just signed a pact with China of mutual cooperation.

Their strategy? Get us sucked up and focused to the East leaving our West vulnerable to China who already controls Panama and other major western ports. Thanks to Bill and Hillary, we gave China everything they need to destroy us.

Their methods? This spectacular attack has made Bin Laden a hero among his followers. He has the support of the Islamic Fundementalist governments throughout the middle-east and has civilians clamboring to join terrorist cells to attack more US targets. This air attack has made America focus on middle-eastern terrorists and exsplosive tactics. If it hasn't already happened, their next move will be the quiet release of biological agents throughout other cities in the US, followed by China assaulting us on the West Coast. California will burn.

The eventual outcome? The Man of Lawlessness will bring peace and prosperity to our planet at a very high price. He will require our souls for Satan to feed on.

Now is the time to get off the fence. Choose God and His Son, Jesus, and the Wisdom and Comfort of the Holy Sirit. Put on the full Armor of God for our ONLY salvation is through HIM.

I don't know who told you that Ben Laden was in charge of the Taleban military. He is not even an Afghan and one thing they will NEVER tolerate is foreign domination, just ask the British, Russians and just about every other imperial power back to the days of Alexander the Great.

WorldNetDaily (www.wnd.com) is carrying an exclusive on this. It was in some obscure foreign newsite a while back, too.

The Taliban is not a nationalist motivated regime. They are motivated by a perversion of Islam and the divisions are on religious lines.

I do not know if this event will trigger World War III, but the U. S. must have some caution getting the bad guys. Every peace loving citizen in the world will support the efforts to capture them, but our methods, if seem heavy handed, might cause longer term effects of ill will towards us.

One thing is true. . . all the people who wished us to come to harm are happy to see us hurt. And there are a lot of them.

I don't think the terrorism is over; I think that it will continue. We are so vulnerable in so many fronts.

Illegal immigration has large numbers (20 million?) of people crossing our borders illegally, despite Border Patrol efforts. If some of these are terrorists . . .?

Russians report that several "suitcase" H-bombs are missing from their storage facilities. Who has them now?

Chinese probably wouldn't mind taking us out.

Our water supplies are extremely vulnerable; poisoning the water system would quickly cripple us. Ditto our power plants and lines, very exposed to potential damage.

The Alaska pipeline in winter, from what I understand, requires heating stations every couple of miles, to keep the flow of oil viscuous enough to flow. Knock out a couple of them in a row; how about a 4 mile long tube of chapstick?

It's scary enough without the worry of World War III.

I did a search last night on chemical and biological warfare, which is a legitimate and serious concern (one report has Osama bin Laden saying that his side has a "religious duty" to prepare and use bio and chemical warfare -- this is not comforting news -- and the report was from PRIOR to the attack Tuesday). Almost the only comforting thing I got from my search was that the water supplies are believed to be fairly safe because of all the controls and filtering systems. Doesn't mean they are invulnerable, of course, but the consensus seemed to be that terrorists were likely to choose other more effective means of delivering their dirty little packages. Other comforting information (well, slightly, I guess) was that common $5.00 face masks will protect non-bearded adults from most of the biological agents (beards and infants require special measures), and washing thoroughly can protect against some of the chemical agents. However, the caveat to all this was that the attack has to be *quickly* detected and identified. I don't know if our government or the military actually has the capability to do this, let alone resources in place to do it.

The US wants to limit its wars to just one country at a time: Iraq, Afganistan, Bosnia, etc. However, Iraq has made overtures to Seria and perhaps Libia, to join its fight against the US. There are also rumors that Russia has interests in protecting Iraq. A US ocupation of Iraq would bolster Isreal's power in the Middle East. There are many Arab countries that are against Isreal and the US. I believe that some of those countries will join in against allied forces there. Then there is North Korea. If the US can be trapped into fighting major wars in opposite ends of the globe then a block of countries aginst the US could ban together with the hopes to divide and conquer the US. That is WWIII. If any of those nations fear the collapse of their govenment and they have nuks, they will fire them, and other nations will fire back.

The only question is where do China and India stand. They are the two wildcards.

-- W.B. (pjammer23@att.net), February 06, 2003.

Only my Opinion ?

China will protect it's little sister North Korea.China has pride , something we in the Western Hemisphere know not the meaning of for the last 2 generations . Besides, the USA is in a ression and China knows we will soon not be buying the worthless crap they've been selling the U.S.to fill it's landfills up with .. They also have the new technology they've been sorting after ,that our politicians and corporates leaders ( Treasonous Traders )gave them in exchange for high profits.

India is like a prostitute and will go where the money is, just like they did when they banned and prohibited it's thousands of years tradition of Ganga use in 1978 in hopes to incourage alcohol abuse at the threat of British and American economic trade sanctions.

I have no doubt that GW Bush ia all mouth and doesn't have the balls to attack North Korea and will back down to a China backed North Korea. Cowards always seem to think their worthless life is worth protecting .

Let there be no doubt about it! The U.S. is more than capable of fighting two fronts war simultaneously. The U.S. Govt predicted WWIII will happen and have been planned for decades ago. Infact, some thought WWIII might have occur during the Cold War. USSR still retained their communists beliefs eventhough they have been neutralized by the U.N. and the U.S. Germans still retained their deep root of "evil" Hitler. And France is just being confused and blinded by the Benjamins Iraq has offered.

"Ask not what your country do for you, but ask what you can do for your country" I believe U.S. citizens should not protest against their government and the War on Iraq. No countries wants war. Sometime war is forced upon us and we have no choice but to protect ourselves from external threats. I am an American and I feel threatened. Lets speak with one voice. Unite we stand, divide we fall.

If WWIII happen to start, the U.S. will have the capable of shooting down most enemies ballistic missles. What I'm afraiding of is the tiny nuclear suitcase bombs that are very difficult to detect. Those suitcases might already in the U.S. and is waiting for the order to detonate.

World War Three? I hope not, but who knows. Maybe it’s better to have WWIII happen now rather than later when EVERYBODY has nukes. At least right now America is still at the top of the nuclear weapons food chain. China, Russia and N. Korea will be a big problem, but we might be able survive with the help of our friends in NATO. I just read that Russia and China have conducted joint war games for the first time in decades “just in case”. However, as events drag-out in Iraq and anti-US feelings in the Arab world continue to grow, we hedge closer to all out war in that region every day. If the US gets caught in an all out Middle Eastern war, China may decide that the time is right to bring Taiwan back under Chinese mainland control. Or maybe Israel may think that this is an ideal time to drive the Palestinians completely out of that region. Either way, we could be on the cusp of multiple worldwide messes. I don’t know about the rest of you, but I’m stocking up on bullets and beans-

Tbh, you guys don't deserve any better in my mind, unless you understand that the ones on whose behalf such a WWIII is fought is yourselves and that you made that decision the day you used your vote. You elected a president who is willing to do this, I have no doubt. He is an ex-drug addict, it is beyond me how someone like this can be put in charge of 280 mio people. But, hey, you voted, maybe doing some soul searching is appropriate so we don't have to put up with his stupid ass in 2004 again.

I think that World War III with everyone against the US would be great. I think if everyone banded together to take out the US then all the deaths would be damn worth it. If you wanna make and omlett you gotta crack some eggs and the US NEEDS to be gone. This damn soon to be fascist nation is gonna destroy the world if nothing is done. That dumbass Bush will send us into war for sure. Damn America to hell.

-- Gabe (GabeBarq@imaterrorist.com), April 23, 2003.

Hey Gabe,

Where are you from, some shit-hole country in the Middle East? Or worse are you another self-hating American? America may not be the world’s favorite, but who cares what a bunch of second rate ass- backwards counties think? Certainly not me! America is without a doubt the best place on earth to live. I have personally been to Europe, Asia, South America and Africa and of the twenty-three countries that I have been fortunate enough to visit; none come close to the USA. Where else on this planet would you rather work, play and grow old. Where else can you say, think and do what you want without fear of retribution? There are few places like America. The reason most other lesser countries hate America and it’s peace and freedom loving citizens is because they are envious. No other place on this planet offers the opportunities that America does. If America were some mediocre country like Belgium than no one would look twice. America keeps the flame of freedom and the dream of a better life alive and is the destination for millions and millions of people from far and wide who want a better life. Because of it’s greatness, America is the target of all of the lesser, insignificant and resentful nations in the world that strive for greatness but fall short. Hate America all you want, but remember, maybe it isn’t America that having a problem measuring up, maybe it’s you or where you’re from that doesn’t measure up.

If it were to come down to WWIII, who cares? What would happen? Between America, the Chinese, the Russians and a few third-world, goat-herding shit-holes in the gulf region, there are enough nukes to blow us all back to the stone age or worse. So what then? In a conventional war America would win. In a nuclear war everyone will lose. Either way, the America way of life will not be going away any time soon, so get yourself a Mickey Mouse bumper sticker and get with the program!

Hey that alex18327 site was pretty cool. At least that guy is a patriot. As for Gabe and that Norway guy, get a grip! Get your own acts together before you pass judgment on America.

Well for about,,oh i'd say a month or so i have been doing a whole lot of reading on the subject of "the threat of WWIII", and what i have concluded is this,,Everyone's to blame..no one gets to cop out of this, when WWIII happens i will survive,,and i will become a leader of those left to rebuild society, i will teach that we are all responsible for oneanother, and that no way of thinking, no thought construct, no religious perception, no political agenda, and no imaginary value systems are more important than life itself. This reality of ours is all we got, and it seems that after all this evolution and after all this time all thats happened is that we have lost our roots, we have taken the things we have imagined to be more important than what is real and right in front of us. We are all we got, this planet is the only one we got. One thing that comes to mind is a disney cartoon from quite a while ago, in black an white i think, and it starts with a little sentence that reads "the final act of man" and then cuts to a soldier with a gas mask on in a trench that's badly wounded, uses his last tiny bit of strength to fire one last shot at his enemy, he was the last human,,and then after he dies it just shows all the animals comming out to play and see what the hell just happened. thats the reality folks, if we all blow ourselves up thats it, no more human life, but the universe and life on this planet will go on without worry. Its the conglomeration of the world's imagination that has gone haywire, we have taken our anxieties about life and death to far, the last response i read said that WWIII would bring us back to the caveman days, well thats what i am hoping for. Money, industry, borders, ect. needs to be iradicated and believe it or not, for the sake of humankind, a large amount of the population needs to go. death comes to us all anyways, but for the sake of mankind i guess i am looking forward to WWIII, i see it as a cleansing moment, and a wake up call for the survivors, to never again let what we think to be true (religions, philosophies, politics, science, ideaologies, ect)be more important and valuable than what we know to be true (life is precious and humanity is all we have in this whole ETERNAL, empty void of a universe)i apologize very much if i offended anyone, may your lifes be peacefull, may a true happiness find you,,and may death be as a light frsh breeze, painless when it comes, until then, i hope you all live in peace with your neighbor, and if this world doesnt find itself in WWIII in your life time's,,i hope you will all do everything you can to make others lives as positive and peacefull and pleasurable as you'd like yours to be.
