At the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, the Records Management program is under the Senior Deputy Comptroller for Management. Information Collection is in the Law Department. FOIA/Privacy Act is in Public Affairs.

At the Departmental level at the U.S. Department of Agriculture:

Privacy Act falls under the Associate Chief Information Ofifcer for Cybersecurity

Information Collections and Records Management fall under the eGovernment Program, Office of the Chief Information Officer

Freedom of Information Act falls under the Office of Communications (public affairs)

At the Bureau of Land Management, four Bureauwide policy postions for Records, FOIA/PA, Security, and Data report to the Group Leader for IRM Policy and Records who in turn reports to the Bureau CIO. The policy positions lead in their areas of expertise but have no staff reporting to them. The records policy position is part of the IRM policy team.

In addition to the policy positions mentioned above, the *Washington area* operational staff members for Records and FOIA constitute the records half of IRM Policy and Records Group and report through the same structure but not through the Bureau policy person.

A similar structure is replicated through the state offices that are, for the most part, located in the west. State office CIOs report to the Assistant Director for their state who in turn reports to the head of the Bureau. Less that 5% of Bureau staff work in the Washington area so the majority of the operational work is carried out in the field.

At the Federal Reserve Board, Records Management, FOIA, and Privacy report to the Secretary of the Board. The Information Collections function is handled by the Financial Reports Section within the Division of Research and Statistics.
