Phone number to farberware

I cannot find a phone number to Farberware and need one. We had a pot that we let boil dry and the middle part oozed out. It is on the burner and melted around the bottom of the pan like wax! Now I know this would not be covered in a warranty, but my hubby would like to know how that could happen. My warranty info does not show one and my search only shows dealers and no phone numbers.

Farberware was purchased by another company years ago. I can't at this moment remember the exact company but want to say something like Salton or similar. Maybe you could do a web search for either brand name. I needed a ceramic stem for my coffee pot last year and learned this at that time. I can't seem to find it in my e-mail trash at the moment but will keep trying.

They're owned by Borden, through World Kitchen, same company that makes Pyrex, Corningware and Revere.

The Cordless Farberware Coffee Pot is great when it works. We are on our third problem in 2 1/2 years. This pot has been replaced once, had to search for the lid stem to be replaced and now it doesn't complete the perc, leaving the coffee as dirty dishwater and cold. I too can't find my email and contact info as I have a new pc. I'll try Farberware/Salton/Maxim and let ya'll know.
