Tartar Sauce and A-1 Recipes needed

Does anyone have a good recipe for tartar sauce? Also looking for a recipe for an A-1 type sauce. Thanks!

I hardley ever eat tartar sauce, but I think my mom use to make it with either pickle relish or sweet relish added to mayonaise! Not sure just how she did it.

Most people make it with pickle relish, but I hate sweet tartar sauce,so it you prefer it zippy: mayo, with a little sour cream, add minced onion, dill pickle, dab of horseradish, garlic, salt and pepper.

Tartar sauce for halibut: Mayonaise, either sweet or dill relish, pepper, salt, a bit of lemon juice. mmmmm Also, this is a fun site and may have A-1 http://www.topsecretrecipes.com/ :) tang
