Russia to deploy marksmen on bulidings

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Russia is planning to deploy marksmen armed with "Stinger" class portable anti-aircraft missiles on high-rise buildings in Moscow to prevent terrorist attacks similar to New York and Washington. "It would take only five minutes for a hijacked airliner from all of Moscow's four airports to reach the Kremlin, this time is too short to press into action existing air defence systems," Russian presidential aide, Air Marshal Yevgeny Shaposhnikov, told 'NTV' commercial channel.
