Mabon

I just wanted to take a moment to wish to all those who celebrate a Happy Mabon! I hope we can all take a break from the current events for just a bit and enjoy our family, friends, and the fruits or our harvests.

I'll be celebrating with mine and a friend's family tomorrow with all kinds of harvest goodies and fun! Can't wait!

And a blessed Mabon to YOU, Denise! :-)

This is the time of the equinox, one of the two times of balance of light and dark in the Wheel of the Year. Wishing that we all may find balance, now and in the future.

Happy Belated Mabon to the both of you. We celebrated on Saturday. I had massage class during the day; I wholeheartedly recommend getting a massage before ritual, I've never been so well grounded and centered. Our celebration certainly was a mixture of darkness and light. First we had a prayer for the Sept. 11th fallen, and then we had a blessing for the new baby. It felt good to put the heavy emotions aside for a while and focus on all the bounty in our lives. We all still have so much to be grateful for.
