good v evil

I'll never forget the moment on Sunday when Dailly's pass went from the region of WH's corner flag to the feet of Di Canio in our penalty area. I thought the ref would blow his whistle on the grounds that it was an unfair contest. Nothing standing between the evil genius but our own Bunny Rabbit. It was like Judge Dredd v Pluto. Great line Logan. I have to say I also feared the worst as the situation developed.

Easy to say from the armchair, but you just cannot back off into the PA against a player like Di CannyLad - you have to get skin-tight to him before he gets into the box, even if you have to take him down.

I think you're analogy to the rabbit (ie. frozen in the car headlights) is very apt. In fact, as a team, apart from say Lee and Shearer, we seem incredibly naive - and with a soft-centre.
