Make Ahead Bread Machine Packages ?

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Countryside : One Thread

I'd like to make bread machine mixes ahead of time to save money and expense. How do you do it? Do you just add the yeast to the other ingredients and put it in the bag? Or must you put the yeast on top of the dry ingredients as suggested in my bread machine instructions. Tell me your way. Does anyone do it assembly line fashion and do lots and lots at one time?

Just mix everything together, except for the yeast and liquids, which you add when you want to make the bread. Works for me. GL!

You can mix all the dry ingrediants except the yeast together. I haven't made my own mixes, but the ones from the store have the yeast seperate and it always goes in last when I make from scratch bread in my machine.
