meant to add this on my last posting - sorry! but does anyone know much about the human rights act & if this is worth mentioning with regards to the amount of hassle threats which i have & no doubt many others on this site have received from various building societies. would appreciate comments re this also one solicitor did state the statue of limitations act with regards to shortfalls being over a six year limit anyone know much about this. sorry to go on abit but if i'm going to have to go to court i'm going in there prepared. or at least i hope i will be. thankyou again you lovely lot are keeping me going.
