Yesterday, I received all the paperwork back from the Bristol and Wesr regarding my husbands ex mortgage. There notes say that they must be careful to hold back any thing thet might be legally predjudiced. What might this be and do I have a right to see it if it is about my husband? Also in their telephone dialogue reports they keep referring to somehting called a "scratch pad". I'm aasuming that this is where they have made notes away from the log which possibly I wouldn't be able to get hold of. Example: Action - send letter to borr. Reason - See scratchpad. Any ideas anyone?
