A Tayl(or) of managers

Bye Bye Peter Taylor, now how about going for Matt Elliott.

I feel it's a disgrace for any manager to be sacked so early in the season, though there was some jusdification for Gullit, and hope Taylor isn't too long away from another job at a club that can give him the support he needs.

he only got sacked so early in the season cos they didn't have the balls to sack him over the summer (ref K Dalglish )

As has been said, great coach, shit manager. Leicester will no doubt go for 'Arry 'Ammers, whose a bit bored at Portsmouth I understand.

Matt Elliott isn't someone who I rate. He overperformed in the Leicester team when he got those goals.

He's not that bad, but he certainly isn't better than Dabizas or O'Brien, or Hughes. Can't comment on Distin like.

I see nufc.com are speculating that YBR may scoop up Taylor as his new coach ...

You heard it here first. I think it was pete who suggested that maybe he could come here as an assistant.

Do we have an NUFC.com lurker?

No it was me.

F*****l 365 reckon we've offered him 300k a year as a coach, althought they are claiming it is YBR who has made the offer so that they can make jokes about senility when we start a losing streak like Leicester's.
