How has psychology changed in the last 120 years? Who are the early pioneers in psychology?Please help!

This question is far too complex to answer here. Your best bet is to look at any standard history of psychology text. You will find Ray Fancher's _Pioneers of Psychology_ (Norton) to be inexpensive and highly readable, although there are many others as well. You will find out about folks like William James, Wilhelm Wundt, Hermann Ebbinghaus, G. Stanley Hall, James McKeen Cattell, Francis Galton, etc.
