Dunne would be a good buy. However I don't think souness would sell to us, he really dislikes NUFC for some reason. If Dunne WANTS to come to us then it may force their hand but he's Rovers born and bred, so.........

As for Carrick, if he is up for sale, I expect Arsenal to be in for him. The way Roeder feels about us, i doubt he'd sell Carrick to us.

I'm still not entirely convinced about Carrick. He undoubtedly has a great shot and pass on him, but his tactical and positional awareness aren't the best, he'll often stand around looking at the defence falling apart instead of going in to help them out.

Dunn is a great player but is probably about equal to Carrick.

7-1 now, West Ham fans are going to be distraught on the Roed(er) home.

I don't know where these stories come from, he's a good player but Blackburn will not sell him, not to us or anyone. They will fancy themselves as a good side in a couple of years & do not need the money.
