I haven't decided how I feel about opening them to everyone on the net. sorry if you feel left out.

Suffice to say that for now we have new electric service, a new wall separating the dining/kitchen from the third bedroom/den, and the ceilings and attic have been sealed. The new paint has been bought, and the new counter tops are due today. The meter can outside and the weather neck [new] are in as well. Still trying to find out about getting the one bathroom fixed before the rest is finished.

That bathroom was a claim last year when it flooded the bedroom and closets due to a blockage in the drainpipe for the 'seat of power' as it were. Yes, a real mess, very much a biohazard. Hoping to get it fixed, but the insurance is dragging their feet on that.
