FYI, there are some updates on this controversy being discussed on photo.net's Nature forum. There are two threads near the top of "New Questions" on the Nature forum: "Fatali charged" and "Delicate Arch cleanup in progress."

To see the two threads, go to www.photo.net, pull down "Community" menu, then to "Forums," then to "Nature."
