Yes, several people do.

Go to www.google.com and then use your term "mincemeat cookie receipe" as the search phrase. Always go to google. There is no more effective way of finding information on the Web. If you don't use google, you're cheating yourself of the most effective tool you have to find information. If you don't know google, note that it usually returns many pages of results, getting less and less relevant, but it may very well be worth looking at three or four pages of results anyway.

Donna~ This is the recipe off of the NoneSuch Mincemeat Jar. This is my Dad's favorite cookie and we always bake it for the holidays. Enjoy! 1c.shortening 1 1/2 c. sugar 3 eggs 3c. flour 1tsp baking soda 1/2tsp salt 1(9oz)pkg Condensed Mincemeat, crumbled

Preheat oven to 375F. In large mixer bowl, beat shortening and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs; beat well. Stir together dry ingredients; gradually add to shortening mixture. Mix well. Stir in mincemeat. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls, 2 inches apart, onto greased baking sheets. Bake 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool. Frost if desired. NOTE:For a more cake-like cookie, substitue 1 1/2cups(one- half 27ounce jar) of Ready-to-Use Mincemeat for Condensed.
