money judgment order? or is it?

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Repossession : One Thread

Sorry - me again - one of the semi-legible photocopies citibank have sent is an "Order for possession (mortgaged property)". It goes like this:

The court has decided that you should give the plaintiff possession of [the house]

This means that you must leave the property on [date]

You must also pay to the Plaintiff [£big] which is the amount outstanding under the mortgage - money judgment not to be enforced without leave of the Court

If you do not leave the property and pay any costs, any amount outstanding [...] will immediately become payable.

This sounds like it's saying "I am not a money judgment order" - am I right?
