Does shaving your legs before a meet improve your times? Where can i find information on this?

It does help because the water just goes right over you legs smoothly without being stoped by the hair.

It helps, yet it only speeds up ur time, as in districts/regionals/state, if do not shave at meets or practicing before hand.

Leg hair absorbs 10 % of its weight in water there fore more resistance when moving thru the water. Also the feeling you get of your position in the water is increased by 45% and the mental effects are enormus. If you feel faster you will be faster
