Hi Steve,

Just a bit too soon for us - my partner and I are in the process of negotiating on a property in the Boothbay Region. If we get it (fingers crossed!), we won't be closing / moving until early next year. I would have loved the opportunity! If the offer comes again, keep me in mind!
