What are you thankful for this year?

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! As we prepare to cook our thanksgiving dinner and await the arrival of friends and relatives. Let us also take time to thank our gracious God for all that he does for us daily. I have so many things to be thankful for. But one thing that I am thankful; is that I am an AME minister who is doing rural ministry. I love my denomination and the wonderful friends I have made around the world. Now it is your turn what are you thankful for this year? Praise God for giving us his son!

I am thankful for the many blessings God has showered upon me and my family. I am thankful we are all alive to read these messages. God Bless and keep you in his care.

Pastor Rogers, I am so grateful to God for life, health and strength and that my entire family will be together for the first time in many years. Having just discovered your new church via the 5th Episcopal District's web site, I'm thankful that God has stationed an AME Church in the rural northwest. I have added you and your new church to my prayer list. May God continue to bless you, your daughter and the members of the church. We're praying also for the growth and development of all involved in the service of the Master.

I am thankful for life, health, strength, family and real friends. I am thankful that Jesus Christ gave his life for me, so that I would be born again, which is freedom from the slavery of sin.
